I rent/sublet my Duplex of 47m² (60 on the ground), located :
* next to the Front Populaire metro station on line 12.
* A few metro stops from the Montmartre district.
* 5 minutes by bus from the Stade de France and the RER D&B trains take you directly to CDG airport in 25 minutes.
* On the 4th and top floor of a small, well-kept, flower-filled Parisian condominium. It overlooks the courtyard and is very quiet.
* Close to the ''Paname Brewing Company‘’ complex - with bar, restaurants and open-air events.
