This apartment to rent in Paris is in the 17th district two steps away from the district of the Batignolles. It is a very pleasant, popular district, not very far from Montmartre and Monceau park. You will reach the Galeries Lafayette in 20 minutes by walk. The closest subways to the Paris rental apartment are La Fourche, Place de Clichy, and Brochant.
Standing:
Located on the 6th floor of a building without a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows of the bedroom and the living room give on the street but the double-glazed windows will isolate you from the outside. The street is not very busy though. The windows of the bathroom and the kitchen have a clear view of Parisian rooftops. The apartment is very bright.
